From workshop to home,
with clear terms.

When will it arrive?

The Journey to your home section on the product page shows preparation and transit estimates and approved destinations. Times are calendar days from payment confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

The cart charges each seller’s highest applicable shipping cost once. Costs from different sellers are added together. International estimates exclude import duties and taxes.

Follow your order in your account.

Once live purchases are enabled, your order details will show preparation and dispatch status, the carrier and any recorded tracking code. For a problem or delay, open a support request linked to the order.

Your request, with a clear record.

You can request cancellation from the order before dispatch. After delivery, request a return from the relevant product row for administrator review. Submitting a request does not mean it has been accepted or refunded.

For bespoke pieces and return shipping costs, the published terms below and the version accepted at purchase apply.
