Privacy
The inquiry form collects your name, contact details and preferences so we can review availability or a bespoke request. Submitting it does not constitute a purchase, payment or reservation.
Authorized Alagol staff use request details to review and follow up on inquiries. This version does not enroll you in marketing or send automatic messages to social networks.
Use your tracking code when contacting Alagol to follow up, correct or request deletion of your information. Do not include bank details, passwords or sensitive documents in your message.
The administrator receives account-holder identity and contact information to review membership. Passwords are stored as cryptographic derivatives. Business names, cities, introductions, photos and product details become public only after approval. Private seller email addresses and phone numbers are not published. The agreement version, accepting person’s name and acceptance time are retained as a collaboration record.
With your consent, the name, phone number and message in a product inquiry are shared with that seller and the administrator. After payments are activated, shipping details will also be shared with the relevant seller solely to fulfill the order. Site data is hosted on Cloudflare. No payment gateway is currently connected and no bank card details are collected.
Your name, email and phone number are collected for your account. Saved addresses, orders, support tickets and return requests are retained there. Administrators access information needed for orders and support; sellers access only what is needed to fulfill their part. Reviews and ratings are published only after a delivered purchase and administrator review. Only the first part of the reviewer’s name is shown publicly.
Passwords use scrypt and recovery codes are stored as hashes. A recovery code is displayed only when an account is created or its password changes. The site does not yet send recovery emails or SMS. Use account support to request correction or deletion; any necessary retention of order records is reviewed separately.
Product questions and makers’ answers become public after administrator review. Your name and account identifier are not shown in the public question list. Do not include contact details or private information in a public question. Price and availability tracking is saved to your account by choice and can be stopped under Piece updates. Notifications currently appear only in your account.
After consent and submission, photos are sent to the dedicated AFA Studio service, OpenRouter and the model provider solely to generate a preview. Working images are 1024px without original photo metadata. Alagol processes photos and results in request memory and does not save image files in persistent storage. Download the result before closing the page; clearing photos removes browser copies.
Pseudonymous session and network identifiers, generation instructions, status, cost and request time are retained privately by AFA Studio for quota control and auditing. Do not put names, addresses or sensitive information in instructions. OpenRouter and model-provider retention follows their own policies; clearing browser photos does not delete processor records. Submit only photos you have permission to process.
To improve the experience, daily totals of section views, saves, comparisons, request and image-generation outcomes, and page speed and stability classifications are recorded on our own infrastructure. These contain no visitor ID, search text, full page address, IP, form content or photos and are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics are not sent to advertising services. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You can disable analytics in this browser.
Your cart, saved pieces, comparison list and the IDs of up to 12 recently viewed pieces are stored locally in this browser. Discount codes last for the browser session. You can clear viewing history under Take another look; it is not shared with advertising services. Saving a cart or favorites to your account is optional. On a shared device, sign out and clear local cart and saved items after use.
The form creates a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. Customers, administrators and sellers use separate secure session cookies. Customer contact details are not stored in those cookies.
